I don't recommend it. I didn't get to use it because, as it turned out, the collection point was open, but by referral, and I wanted to pay. There's only one test that worries me. I was four minutes late. I understand the procedures, but being human also counts. I arrived exhausted because I was walking very fast, rushing through the advanced stages of pregnancy. Besides, the young lady must have noticed when I unzipped, because she pointedly looked at my belly and said the payment was due in fifteen minutes, while I was 49 minutes late. I won't be back, even though it's close.

The receptionist was very rude, their tone of voice, their approach to patients—terrible. Not only is it difficult to get through, but even when you do get through, you have to struggle. Furthermore, they couldn't find me in the system; they said I hadn't been to the facility, even though I'd already been there twice. All I really care about is a prescription, so I'm considering changing doctors.

Gynecologist appointment. Professor J. is a great doctor. He explained everything calmly and clearly. I'm waiting for the procedure. During my appointment, I saw that cardiologist Dr. Kamil W. Polccxm was on the list. He's a wonderful doctor.

The reception desk is terrible. The ladies act like they're nobody, but they are. Their arrogance and demanding nature is outrageous. The phone seems to be used for decoration, not something they should answer. I recommend that the company owners seriously consider replacing the staff at the reception desk.
