Making an appointment with my family doctor a week and a half in advance. No words. It was okay at first, but now I wouldn't recommend it.

I'm claustrophobic, and after two failed attempts at other places, I lasted 40 minutes here and could have stayed longer. The staff was very friendly, so if I needed an MRI, I'd definitely go there. The decor and the rearview mirror helped a lot.

On the appointed day, I went for an MRI. That day, it turned out I couldn't have one because the young technician stated that not enough time had passed since the procedure and wouldn't take the risk. The doctor's assurances, and the referral letter stating that the MRI wouldn't affect the recent procedure, were of no help. It was a disaster and sheer ignorance. Even online, you can find information about MRI's harmlessness on the course of treatment. It's a strange place where a bratty technician, unfamiliar with her work, questions the recommendations of a doctor with a degree. Keep this up, and you'll be left holding the bag.

During my appointment, the doctor didn't schedule another appointment because her computer was down, so she gave me a check-in form. When I paid for the appointment, I made an appointment, which didn't happen because, as it turned out, I wasn't scheduled for it. I came here to "kiss the doorknob." I don't recommend it!
