Second time here and the second time we had to wait over 1 hour after our appointment time. On top of that the secretaries are just awful and lack all kindness or professionalism. Also very expensive for the old equipment that they use.

I don't recommend it. The eye examination was superficial and neglectful. The diagnosis was completely incorrect, but this required a specialist who treats patients with respect, not as money-making machines. I advise avoiding this place.

I don't recommend it. I made an appointment a week in advance, and on the day of the appointment, I was told that the doctor wouldn't wait an hour for one patient. I suspect that if I had made an appointment a month in advance and adjusted to the time, I suspect that on the day of the appointment, it would have been refused. I don't recommend it, and the receptionist was rude and laughed at me on the phone.

I wasn't going to leave a review. I rarely do. However, my visit on Friday and the interaction with the receptionist prompted me to do so. I'd like to recommend this facility, if only because of the doctor I saw during my pregnancy (Dr. Rajewski), but it's better to use their services in Poznań. The receptionists there should be role models for those working there. I used their services at the beginning of my pregnancy and didn't have any warm memories of the service, so I'm glad I didn't have to deal with them throughout my pregnancy. Getting through is sometimes almost impossible. I once made 49 calls before someone answered 🤦🏻♀️ I witnessed the phone go unanswered because the woman had a pressing private conversation about a barbecue. I recommend avoiding them altogether, and the facility should improve its customer service, as it's very poor.

I urgently needed an ultrasound, so I chose the facility with the quickest appointment. The day before, I got a call to confirm my visa, a few hours later to change the time, and then another call after 7:00 PM to cancel my appointment. Embarrassing.
