If a woman wants to see a gynecologist for the first time or is considering changing doctors, I recommend seeing Zbigniew Wróbel.

I'll say this: one star because it's impossible to give a zero. After several visits to this place, I can confidently say I won't be setting foot there again. I'm already marking the wait for a blood draw from 7:30 a.m., as it opens at 8:00 a.m., which is absurd for working people. Pregnant women and those undergoing a glucose tolerance test are the first to arrive, meaning no queues. The result was that the first patient entered at 8:00 a.m. and didn't leave until 8:20 a.m. Six people were ahead of me. If we multiply that by 15-20 minutes, I'd say no. The total queue was about 20 people, so good luck. This wasn't my first experience of this kind, but I was completely understanding when I spent over two hours waiting for a blood draw, perhaps citing a lack of staff or a temporary indisposition, but I see this is common practice and is considered normal. I should add that this is all within the private healthcare system. Companies that collaborate with them should seriously consider this, as it's counter-promotional. Honestly, my local National Health Fund clinic has a subpar collection point compared to what's happening here. They should shut it down.

I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the quality of telephone service at Medi-lab. I called to inquire about the availability of full hygiene services covered by the National Health Fund, but was greeted with a rude and indignant tone. The employee informed me that the doctor was currently unavailable and that I should call to inquire about appointments. I was surprised, as that was precisely why I called—to obtain information. Instead of a polite explanation of the situation, I was treated as if my questions were a problem, and the employee then ended the call without saying goodbye. I expect the registration desk to treat patients in a friendly and professional manner, regardless of the number of calls or the current workload of the facility. Patients calling for information should not be surprised by hostility or disrespect. Please review this situation and take steps to improve the quality of telephone service at Medi-lab.

Shameful. The wait for a blood draw was over an hour and a half. I should point out that I arrived at 7:30 a.m. to get in as quickly as possible. They open at 8 a.m. This isn't the first time. And it's all part of private healthcare. Shameful.
