I'll never make an appointment here again. I was in the early stages of pregnancy, so I made an appointment at the gynecology department and waited. When it was my turn, the doctor A.R opened the door and, without even saying hello, yelled at me and my husband, saying she didn't treat pregnant women. I clearly told Medicover I am pregnant when Medicover called me to confirm my appointment the day before, but Medicover didn't cancel or ask me to change my appointment. If I had made a mistake, she could have gently told me. I don't understand why doctor yelled at me as soon as she opened the door. There's no parking, and every time I come here , there are always problems. I won't be making an appointment here again. Medicover needs to check this Medicover.

Doctor Miodanśka Bernadata was extremely helpful and friendly. Moreover, we communicated in English. She listened to all my concerns in detail and responded to each one individually. I would like to thank her again from here. But it took me three whole weeks to find this appointment. The only reason for this was that I was looking for a doctor who speaks English. I believe that, like everyone living here, having accessible healthcare is one of the most fundamental rights. Moreover, this is a European country, so I think it's perfectly reasonable to expect people to speak English.

Very convenient for an expat or foreign like me because they can speak English. If you arrive early, the doctor will accommodate you immediately if there's no other patient. I highly recommend..

The staff and doctors are friendly and have warm smiles. The front of the building is under construction right now so you have to park in a nearby alley. so a bit inconvenient, but other than that I'm happy.
