The reception desk is a disaster. The elderly lady who manages the reception desk seems to have the wrong era. The communist era is long gone. She treats customers like a necessary evil. There's a wait for a prescription.

Friendly service right from registration! The staff were engaging and helpful. The doctor (a neurosurgeon) was very dedicated and explained everything thoroughly. The atmosphere in the clinic is friendly. It's clear that things are changing for the better! It's great to have the best specialists in the city.

Unfortunately, after two visits to the urologist, there were no changes. My third appointment was canceled, which I learned after I deliberately took the day off and drove to the hospital. I don't recommend it; it was a waste of time and a very expensive visit.
