I got an appointment at 19:40. I arrived ten minutes before then waited till 19:50. There were still 2 patients before me which could sum up to 40 minutes of wasted time in the queue. I had to cancel the appointment right in the clinic as I didn’t have an extra hour to wait though it’s a private clinic and it’s definitely not what I want to pay for. I wish this place could have better management. Don’t recommend. Upd: the receptionist didn’t measure the temperature and didn’t give a symptoms list to fill. It’s quite irresponsible in the middle of pandemic, guys. Please follow recommendations given by the WHO and the Polish Ministry of Health. You’re putting doctors, employees, and patients life in danger.

I don't recommend the surgeon working for this clinic. There was a misunderstanding between the doctor and the reception where in the result I lost money, time and was left without the treatment. My visit was delayed by 10 min. I had visit booked for 30 min, but doctor sent me away after 4 min and asked to back in one week as he doesn't have the time for me today. When I was paying at the reception he left the clinic (when in theory my visit should still last another 15 min). Really unprofessional, never be back and don't recommend to anyone, especially when urgent case - no empathy.

A strange place, with very informal behavior from the doctors, and even more so from the staff drawing blood. My first visit was six months ago. The scene was like a nativity scene. The orthopedic doctor greets me with a "hi," acts like he's a hip-hop music producer, and does everything quickly. But he's surpassed by a nurse who crosses all manner of cultural barriers in conversation and acts as if she's a bit mentally challenged. Another recent visit involved a lack of hygiene and proper disinfection during blood draws. The nurse hadn't finished eating the hummus and had already started drawing blood while eating the hummus. Furthermore, she had previously tried to offer me blood as a joke, but after politely refusing, she said, "You don't know what you're missing." I felt like I was on the set of some cheap TV show, not a medical facility. I'd probably look elsewhere. Furthermore, there are price discrepancies with the well-known doctor; the clinic was 50 PLN more expensive for a single injection.
