My experience with the Medyk Clinic was unfortunately disappointing. The atmosphere towards patients leaves much to be desired—there's a lack of empathy, understanding, and basic communication skills. Sometimes, tests are performed by a nurse instead of a doctor, which raises legitimate concerns about the quality of care. In the case of individuals with eating disorders, comments can be made that are completely inappropriate to their health—despite a normal BMI, the patient is sometimes assessed unfairly. Symptoms related to psychiatric treatment are often downplayed, and instead of conversation and diagnosis, attempts are made to undermine their mental state. The impression is that the formal justification for not referring for additional tests is more important than the patient's health—as if their cost were more important than the patient's well-being. There are situations that raise questions about professional standards—for example, weighing a patient in winter boots without explicitly requesting their removal. This method of measurement can distort the results, and the staff's response to the patient's request to remove their shoes was ambiguous and unprofessional. Even everyday activities, such as regular walks, can be ridiculed, which is not only unprofessional but also humiliating. In such situations, the doctor remains passive, failing to address the staff's inappropriate behavior.

Unfortunately, at this clinic, the patient is the problem. The doctors are arrogant, rude, lack empathy, and clearly have their own mental and emotional problems. The staff is intimidated and afraid to ask anything because the doctor will get angry.

Great clinic. Recently, due to COVID, we weren't able to visit in person, so I had to make an appointment by phone. They gave me a prescription for three syrups that I take during the summer for allergies. Very friendly service.

A very arrogant, sarcastic internist and occupational medicine physician. She spews sarcasm, mocking patients and colleagues. Her lack of professionalism in conversation is all the more astonishing given that she's nearing retirement age. She's had plenty of time to learn to respect others. Unfortunately, she failed. It's better to avoid her office; why lose your temper?
