The two doctors are very good. They always give a thorough history, always examine me thoroughly, and listen to me. However, I was forced to change clinics. January has been difficult for me health-wise. I've already had several appointments with my family doctor. However, I don't want to wait an hour before opening to be seen. I wanted one doctor to see me during my sick leave, but unfortunately, that's impossible. I call at 8:10 and either there are no appointments available or I can't get in to see my doctor because she's completely full, only to see some new doctors I wasn't entirely happy with. My patience has run out. You can make appointments at other clinics for the next day, and that's what convinced me. I think they should change something, either accept more doctors, or start taking appointments several days in advance, because something's clearly not working here. And not everyone wants to wait an hour before opening like a fool to be registered.

Unfortunately, I was there this morning with a suspected heart attack. After an EKG and blood pressure check, my appointment was scheduled for 12:40 PM. I arrived a few minutes early and waited in line for an hour! The doctor completely ignored scheduled patients. She always took a break for over 10 minutes after the patient left the office. I canceled because there were several people ahead of me, and now I'm wondering where I'll find a doctor, not one of the Grim Reaper's coworkers.

I don't recommend this clinic. I've been trying to get an appointment for four days, and 30 minutes after opening, there are no more numbers. It's impossible to reach the clinic in the morning, and people are queuing just to register. Doctors are constantly being fired and new ones are being hired, worse than their predecessors. If this is how it's going to be, either hire more permanent doctors or shut this clinic down!

The worst clinic in Lubartów, no patient numbers. And worst of all, the woman at the front desk thinks she can do anything. She's not in charge of deciding whether a doctor will see you or not, but she decides everything.

A great clinic with very friendly and helpful staff. Everything is top-notch. High professionalism and clear concern for the patient. Dr. Bednarska is empathetic, understanding, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. I highly recommend her!
