  In the past week, I've had the opportunity to visit Dormed clinics twice, and my husband once again. The receptionists are unpleasant, rude, and grumpy, and they have no knowledge of patient rights. Olga practically shouts at patients. I recommend customer service training, and I also recommend following the example of the competition at Topmed on Niepodległości Street, where every patient is treated with empathy and friendliness.

  I just left the clinic and decided to share my weigh-ins, and looking back, I can't believe there are so many negative reviews. 😱 I switched from a competitor, where registration is a problem because the doctors only schedule patients for the next day. It's difficult to get through by phone, and when I do, unfortunately, there are no appointments available. I spent a week at home with pneumonia because no one would register me, and the receptionist brazenly invited me to join the queue outside the clinic from the morning to make an appointment. 🤣 Dormed saved me. I called the first time. The doctor told me there were no more appointments available, but she asked what was wrong with me, discussed my case with a doctor, and I was admitted the same day. Since then, I've been a loyal patient, using both my family doctor and specialists, although I admit that sometimes I don't get through. However, someone always calls back later in the day. I recommend it. The staff are friendly, helpful, and open-hearted. They care deeply about human suffering. The clinic has been renovated and is constantly being modernized.

  A wonderful clinic. The receptionists are patient and empathetic. Telephone communication is also impeccable; it's practically like calling a therapist, the conversation flows so smoothly. Patients in the queues for specialists have "numbers," but they are still led by hand to their offices. Elderly people, if they have to wait longer, receive pillows for their butts and electrolytes. One patient had a birthday, and the entire clinic staff rushed to him with wishes and a cake, and the laughter and cheering were endless. I can only compare the clinic in Sulechów to one place: Disneyland, come alive.

  Since I'm not local, I'm trying to register by phone. I've been calling for two days and unfortunately haven't gotten through. In total, I think it's been about nine hours on the phone over two days and nothing. I'm at a loss.

  Has anyone ever managed to get through to them? You're first in line for an hour and no one answers. Unfortunately, my time is valuable too and I don't want to waste it trying to get through.
