My experience with ENEL-MED was very negative. Doctors not only refused to speak English but even asked me, ‘You live here, why don’t you speak Polish?’ Such behavior from a private healthcare provider is unacceptable. I consider this racism and will file an official complaint and take the matter to a lawyer. Absolutely not recommended.

The doctor Antczak refused to serve my mother because she does not speak Polish. The visit should have been on July 22, 2025. The case of racism and absolute unprofessionalism!

Absolutely horrendous do not use. Was forced to change to Enel med after changing jobs. I have lived in Poland for a long time now and have used SwissMed, PolMed, LuxMed and the regular public healtchcare services. This is by far the worst. Terrible receptionists, have no idea what they are doing. You have an emergency? please wait 4 months for the next opening. Seriously. They have no doctors. They have no spaces for anything. I managed to get a GP after being on a waiting list only to be referred to another doctor and then told I need to wait 3-4 months.... Never have I seen a medical service so poorly run. Even when they give your situation 'emergency' status they cannot find anything and they just tell you to keep trying on their app (good luck - weeks of trying will get you no where but waste your time). I am requesting my company to change medical providers. My advice is to stay clear of this one if you are looking for an insurance in Poland. And if you are already on it, cancel and look elsewhere.

I discourage anyone from getting an insurance from Enel Med. They are really understaffed, it has been 5 months since I started trying to get an appointment for breast USG. I have also had to go to Gdynia for a surgical consultation, no surgeons in the Gdansk division apparently. I have covid now and I have tension in my lungs and heart, and the only thing they offered is an online consultation - the lady from the hotline suggested I go to the closest public clinic for an in-person consultation. Also I need a cardiac consultation next week, after covid, and the closest date I can get is Nov 18, and only in Gdynia. Other than having a really hard time getting appointments, I really enjoy the mobile app and the doctors and the receptionists are all really nice and helpful.

Very very very poor service. Had an appointment booked for months and traveled from England to Poland for a procedure only to show up for my appointment and be informed it had been cancelled. I wasn’t informed of this and no provisions were put in place for a new appointment. I was essentially left stranded. Avoid this clinic like the plague!
