The doctor was very kind, professional, and helpful, but unfortunately the reception experience was terrible. The receptionist was aggressive and uncooperative. I asked the doctor to assist, and only after he spoke to her did she finally agree to print the documents he prepared (tests, notes, etc.). I also asked for a prescription to be printed, but later discovered that no prescription was actually issued, even though she said everything was ready. As she instructed, I uploaded all the enel-med to my phone and tried to sign up online, only to find out that it’s not possible because my son is under 18. It turns out I need to go to the hospital in person to complete the registration — something she never mentioned. Great doctor, but the reception service urgently needs improvement.

Even if I knew I was going to die, I wouldn't come here. I've experienced the worst treatment in the world, and you can't even make an appointment, or even see a doctor. There's a whole staff that does everything they can to make things difficult. The secretaries and the people who sit there have nothing better to do than cause trouble. You absolutely should not go here.

Highly untrained, unprofessional and unworthy staff at front desk. I booked PAID appointment through hotline, arrived on time but to my surprise they can’t find my appointment. At first the girl even did not bother to check clearly. I needed to call hotline again and after almost 30 minutes they were able to figure out my appointment but with no surprise my appointment time was already elapsed and I was unable to see Doctor.

I was supposed to write this a while ago and share fantastic experience with two ladies name Ola . Ola C and Ola P I have to go by this since there is no other way, so every time I ask for something or to help me they go extra mile to help me or my wife no questions asked one time I received a phone call out the blue to be told that I don’t have to go twice to the clinic because she did the research and one time is OK and today I overheard conversation with customer how to do things and I was amazed how easy can be done so ENEL MED should be proud of employees it has and for me it always a privilege to see them five stars is not enough I give them ten and one more thing if you treat people with respect and kindness they will respect you and do the same to you and big thank you to all other ladies who help us every time we are there All the best

Second time getting my appointment cancelled. They gave no reason and the first time it happened the reason was the doctor couldn't speak English. People don't have all the time in the world for your visits, you know? Respect the person's time.
