Lost test results. At the doctor's request, my father provided test results from other clinics, which are crucial for the surgery. The search for the results has been ongoing for two weeks. Still no results, and the surgery is imminent. Zero response. Stressful for the parents, including running from clinic to clinic for copies of the results, standing in lines, waiting for duplicates, etc. A very unprofessional approach.

I highly recommend it. I had an MRI scan of my head with contrast. It was a bit stressful, but the ladies at lab number 1 are wonderful. Best regards. My only complaint is the width of the parking spaces, but the free parking is a plus, so it's bearable. 😅

My visit with Dr. Sokołowski was unprofessional and humiliating. After describing my serious back problems, the doctor ironically remarked that "I should see a psychiatrist" and then commented that at my age, I should be "more active." Instead of a reliable diagnosis, I received the absurd recommendation of a 20-kilometer daily bike ride – a recommendation the physiotherapist deemed harmful given my symptoms. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone looking for empathy and professional help.

After waiting for over an hour, and being the first person in line, the call was disconnected for no apparent reason. This type of customer service is unacceptable and demonstrates a serious lack of standards within the company.
