  The doctors are very good; they don't force antibiotics on a child. They listen to the problem, examine, and try to help, offering advice on how to care for a sick child so they can recover as quickly as possible. However, the receptionists are very rude, pretentious, and seem to be doing a huge favor by admitting a sick child. On top of that, they have a complex about masks because, after all, it gives them some kind of power in their heads! Even though they're sitting behind pseudo-plastic without one. It's a disaster. It's hard to get through by phone, and they try to impose long-awaited appointments.

  I've been a Eu-cor patient for over 20 years, and everything has always been fine. Right now, it's a disaster! You can't get through, and the answering service is running wild about personal data. How can anyone treat patients this way? It's appalling.

  Today I changed my family doctor because of the woman at the front desk. The service was the worst I've ever encountered. I'm a nurse and I feel disappointed that the woman at the front desk is more important than the doctor.

  It's still a miracle to get through. They say if something's happening, call, but how can you when the number is constantly busy no matter what time you call?

  Getting through to them is bordering on a miracle, and when you do get through, they ask you to call back later because the doctor is busy... After registration, the doctor should call the patient himself!
