  I read these reviews and I can't believe it. I've always had a very positive experience; I've never been refused an appointment. The receptionist asked what was going on with my child, which I mentioned, something I've never had before, and I consider a very appropriate step in verifying the child's condition. I transferred myself because when I had a problem with myself, they'd let me down on a tree, but here it was no problem. When I had a problem with my younger son, the doctor called me for a checkup after a week because it was unclear whether he would get worse. I often visit Dr. Pawłowski with my children, and he's a very thorough doctor. I'm very satisfied, and I don't have to wait in line at the clinic door from 5 a.m.

  Maybe the specialists are okay, but getting through would take a miracle! It's a waste of time and nerves. The only way to schedule a child's appointment is to call at 8 a.m., otherwise, forget it. I can't call and make an appointment for the next day. I have to pick up the phone and race to the 29th in line and 30 minutes on the phone.

  Every person has a different experience. I'm very pleased with the quality of services offered by Fundamenti. I've never encountered a nurse (a wonderful woman, by the way) who reminded me about my checkups, called me worried about test results, or anything like that, covered by the National Health Fund. I've never had a problem making an appointment, and the pediatricians I've seen with my son have always been very friendly and provided comprehensive explanations. I should also add that I have a terrible fear of needles, and Renata, the nurse mentioned above, approached me so quickly that I didn't even notice, and the fear was gone. For me, it's a great clinic, providing excellent care in a friendly atmosphere. I recommend it!

  As for the doctors, everything is fine - but the rest is a complete disaster. You can never get through on the phone, there are never any appointments, and the inability to schedule an appointment for the next day means you simply can't get an appointment. Not to mention the ladies at the reception desk have zero empathy or willingness to help.

  I don't recommend it. Worst clinic and worst service. I just submitted my application, and even though I have sciatica, and even though the first appointment was supposed to take place in the office, Dr. Serokin refused to see me, claiming only teleconsultations are available. I recently had spine surgery and was completely ignored. I was advised that if I didn't like teleconsultation, there was night care in Zielonka. They charge us money and treat us like lepers. I'm filing a complaint with the National Health Fund. It's terrible. The teleconsultation at 2:30 PM didn't happen, and after my call at 4:40 PM, even though I'm entitled to an appointment in the clinic, I was sent to night care because the doctor couldn't make it. They liked the remote treatment. I stayed for the weekend with pain. Scandalous. I hope the National Health Fund (NFZ) will take action against this doctor. I was also refused a certificate of missed appointment. All because it was a National Health Fund (NFZ) visit, not a private one.
