  The gynecologist I dealt with was great, appointments were quick, but registration was a disaster. Since yesterday, I've been trying desperately and unsuccessfully to reach the gynecology receptionist. Yesterday, all day long, the phone immediately went straight to the answering machine with opening hours. I called the office to explain the situation. They told me to call after 4 p.m., but the situation was identical. I decided to try again today. First, around 1 p.m., there was a dial tone, but no one answered. I called the office, where I was directed to the cardiology receptionist, where I was again told to call after 4 p.m. When I called after 4 p.m., I was greeted AGAIN by the answering machine. I don't know if this is terrible organization or a clever way to dismiss patients, but I'm very disappointed.

  On Monday at 10:15 a.m., I got through on the first try, and the kind and smiling receptionist matched me with a doctor and appointment that best suited me. I should also mention that I was asked to wait for literally two minutes, during which time I overheard another receptionist chatting pleasantly with an older, somewhat distracted patient. Thank you so much for the pleasant conversation, and I wish all the staff all the best.

  I've used this clinic twice in the last year, and unfortunately, I don't recommend it (though maybe I just got the wrong one). I managed to get an appointment with a gynecologist relatively easily once (but that was a few months ago), but the second time, the wait time and the quality of service here were a bit of a mess. I was surprised, especially since the first visit wasn't that bad, but after the second time, I decided it wasn't worth wasting my time. The recent positive reviews of this place are also no surprise, as they seem to be written deliberately by people associated with it, which is hard to miss these days. It's good that there are several other places in the area offering appointments both under the National Health Fund and privately.
