I’ve been here for 3 days on February. Everything was perfect for an hospital. New building. No cold in the room .Food perfect. EU standards.Doctors and nurses very professional. I don’t speak polish, but they make me feel comfortable Thank you specially to Dr. Andrzej Cieśla and Dr Małgorzata Wajdowicz for help. Both speak English, and that help me a lot to feel confortable. The organization of the hours is DRAMATIC, both in the clinic and the hospital. Modern systems won't help if the employees can't manage anything. No one feels they're making a mistake; the only explanation is "it's the system." The restrooms in the clinic on the first floor... I have a question: can't the medical center afford to replace the door handle for the women's restroom? It feels like it's going to be left in the hands of the owner. Emergency room paramedics will graciously address someone who suddenly causes a nuisance – by showing up to the emergency room WITH A REFERRAL. Patients also wouldn't want to hear the squabbling between paramedics and doctors – it's clear that the organization is LOW. The doctors' comments... unfortunately, ladies and gentlemen, are audible in the emergency room. Another day: our child was mistaken for another patient... in the emergency room... Drama!!!!! There are countless stories like this; over the years, there have been quite a few.

I was hospitalized in excruciating pain due to kidney stones. At my previous hospital in Leżajsk, I was given antispasmodic painkillers and sent home, even though my condition was very poor (fever and vomiting). I decided to go to the hospital in Łańcut, where I encountered wonderful doctors and nurses. Almost immediately, I had a CT scan (an 8mm stone lodged in the ureter), and the urologist performed a procedure that made me feel much better. Best regards to the urology department and thank you very much for your empathy and commitment. I was cared for by people who are truly dedicated to their profession.

My experience at the Łańcut Medical Center was so positive it was almost suspicious 😉 The hospital and its Emergency Room are as unique as its staff, and I truly can't say a bad word about them. The paramedics are true professionals, and the entire Emergency Room staff are genuinely compassionate and empathetic. What's more, I'm happy to emphasize that they're overwhelmingly young. Late Sunday evening is the time when you expect nothing but exhaustion. Instead, the staff acted with such dedication and efficiency that I seriously thought it was a hidden camera or a casting call for a new episode of "Dr. House." This is exactly how the Health Service in our country should look and function. I had the pleasure of experiencing a similar, exemplary level of patient care a few years ago only in Rudna Mała. In short: The thorough tests were performed without unnecessary delay. After just 40 minutes, I had the results and a quick, accurate diagnosis. The medical interview was conducted several times, with meticulous attention to every detail, which reassured me, as a skeptic, that nothing would escape their attention. Special thanks and compliments to Doctors Tarczoń and Moskal for their professionalism, empathy, and humane approach. With such an attitude, the future of Polish medicine looks bright. I highly recommend this place. My full respect to the entire Łańcut team.

Parents, don't send your child there. NEVER. Doctors and nurses don't do anything. If your child is stressed and starts crying, all they will do is consider it a disorder instead of helping. If you love your children, I believe they will never end up there.
