Regarding the procedure itself, I was very pleased. Dr. Magdalena Kozicka is fantastic. She did an excellent job; I have no complaints. During the procedure, she ensured my comfort and relieved my stress. After the procedure, when I had questions or a problem with a non-healing wound, she responded to emails even at night and was always helpful. She doesn't leave her patients unattended and is very committed to her work. The nurses also did a great job during the procedure. They were very kind and helpful. Dr. Kozicka and the nurses would have deserved 5 stars, but unfortunately, the receptionists lower my rating to 4. The receptionists were rude and unfriendly every time I visited the clinic. I felt like I was causing trouble just by coming. Last week, I tried to make an appointment with Dr. Kozicka through the reception desk. I called two days in a row, even every hour on the second day. Unfortunately, they couldn't answer my phone; the call was rejected twice. So I emailed Dr. Kozicka and scheduled an appointment with her in person. Luckily, the Doctor replied to me very quickly and I could come and have her help me with the problem.

I highly recommend this facility. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful, and the doctors are professional and dedicated, never leaving patients to fend for themselves. My husband had surgery with Dr. Zmudzki, and he has very fond memories of the entire process, from the initial consultation to the end of treatment, including his stay in the ward.
