The family doctor (internista) was always quite nice, friendly and helpful but their registration/reception leaves much to be desired. If you want to get an appointment to the doctor, you have to wait on the telephone line for a long time. For example, I have been waiting to have my call answered for 1 hour 12 minutes, thought there were only 2 patients before me on the phone line, so they couldn't have spoken with them for more than half an hour (my conversatons with them usually last from 1 to 5 minutes top). It seems like their receptionists are just not picking up the phone and it feels very annoying especially when you feel bad, the situation is urgent and you need an immediate appointment. P.S. since I cannot respond to Larmed's comment below, I have to edit this comment. That's not true, the call didn't end at 8.45. I started calling at 8.45, and had to wait for 1hour12min. Please find the screenshot attached. It's very sad that instead of improving their service, they are trying to distort facts.

Girl on the reception made appointment for the wrong doctor, and I had to pay 260zl... Even when it was asked from the doctor if he can help he inspected the problem and said I can't as I'm proctolog, we needed dermotolog-vinerolog! No professionalism, very bad understanding and customer service!!!
