  I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. I called around noon on Thursday to make an appointment with an occupational health specialist. After two rings, a nice woman answered and asked me to wait because she was assisting the receptionist. When she finished, she suggested an appointment for the following day, either Friday or Wednesday the following week. I chose Friday. I arrived at the clinic a few minutes after 7:00. There were about 10-12 people in line (which is typical for any clinic), but there were three receptionists who efficiently assisted patients. Most of these people, like me, had come for tests at work. I was a little worried I would spend hours at the doctor's office (the day before, the doctor had warned me there would only be one doctor that day), but some people went for blood tests and some for psychological tests, and when I stood under the trees outside, it turned out there were only three people ahead of me. The doctor, a young, kind woman, was very thorough but promptly conducted a medical history, a general examination, an eye exam, and a physical exam. I spent less than an hour at the clinic and I will definitely come back in three years 😀

  I haven't seen such a mess at this clinic in a long time. :Do you think you've made an appointment for an hour? Who cares. People are cutting into two lines because they booked on the PRL queue list, registration is incomprehensible, and people are starting to argue over who is where. Nobody seems to know how this place works. :Do Zara, someone threw a "queue reversal" card. XD

  The logistics at this clinic are abysmal (or rather, nonexistent). The time-wise occupational health examinations are a joke. I've had many examinations, but I've never spent so many hours anywhere. Starting with registration (one person took about 15-20 minutes to register), then registration at the lab (?), then the queue to the lab itself, and finally, the cherry on the cake, when you think you've gotten through everything and it's all over, there's an endless queue to see the medical examiner! About 20 people. The only positive note is the psychological testing. If anyone is planning to use this facility, I recommend scheduling at least half a day. All appointments were made for 7 a.m.! Which is food for thought. I suggest the center's management investigate how efficiently such examinations operate in other facilities. Or limit the number of patients admitted. The profit is lower, but the satisfaction is higher, if that matters. And I guess we could also mention the women sitting at work as if it were a punishment.

  Getting through there is a disaster. I spent two hours on the phone trying to make an appointment with a doctor. Nothing happened, but I kept waiting in line, and then after half an hour, they disconnected me. And so on. I'd be faster at King Philip's than at this clinic.

  Your poor reputation was saved by Dr. Magdalena, who is probably the only one in this clinic who has the knowledge and empathy that allows you to feel like a patient at the doctor's office.
