  I don't recommend the Medeor clinic. The receptionists treat patients as if they were interrupting and wasting time. Registration is fine. It's a bit more complicated, especially over the phone. Psychology ensues. Everyone is on top of everyone else. Nobody knows anything. Nobody wants to make the effort to find out or explain. There's a barrage of demands for patients to submit all sorts of documentation via email, which, as it turns out, isn't necessary at all. No one checks what the patient has sent, and another barrage of pushy behavior. There's no empathy, no help, no willingness to make an effort, no outreach to the patient, and the patient feels like they're back in the communist era. It's futile to hope that someone will reach out and do something humane for the patient. You have to humbly ask if they'll deign to do something. Otherwise, the receptionist suggests a change of clinic and hangs up. This hasn't been the case at this clinic since day one. This atmosphere has been there for as long as I can remember. The receptionist comes to work as if it's a punishment. They come because they have to, because they need to get paid. I don't recommend the Medeor clinic and only use a family doctor in very exceptional cases, when I have no other choice. I don't remember what the family doctor I see looks like because he's never there, and they assign a different one each time. It's unpleasant for a patient to feel like they're constantly asking for something. The atmosphere is very unfriendly and unprofessional.

  If I were to rate the appearance and access to free parking alone, I'd give it 5 stars. But the wait for an appointment on Monday was scheduled (through the nurse) for an allergy appointment at 11 a.m. I arrived 15 minutes early, and the moment they handed me my number (I was 63), I found out I was booked an hour later. What's more, I waited an hour and a half for my appointment, and people with later numbers got in before me! Eventually, I was seen, and the doctor ordered tests, but no one cares if a patient doesn't fit—just come in, that's it. They told me to come back on Wednesday at 12:40 p.m. to have the tape removed from my back. It's currently 2 p.m., and I'm still waiting outside the office! Receptionists, and the owner of the clinic, don't you think it's a bit excessive to wait so long for an appointment? I work in a clinic, and I can't afford for patients to wait that long for an appointment. I call and inform them of a delay, and then they're completely unresponsive! I'll leave aside the fact that I have a number, but the screen displays patient numbers that aren't even physically present in the office. So, to sum it up, this is a clinic for retired people who have time to wait, not for people who take time off work.

  It's a nice clinic, but the reception staff ruins its professionalism and makes you feel uncomfortable. They discriminate against foreigners, have sour faces, and refuse to provide any information, even for a fee, let alone a free visit. Please be more polite and attentive to your patients!

  My parents, who recently moved to Leszno, received exceptional care here. After a visit with Dr. Maria Kasprzyk-Świątek and thanks to the kind assistance with registration with Ms. Magdalena Szumam – for which I sincerely thank them – we feel cared for and at peace. I am very pleased with the care and attention my parents received. I highly recommend Medeor Leszno Medical Clinic!

  Generally, appointments are quickly available, and delays aren't significant. The dialing system works reasonably well, and the lab is on-site, so a lot can be handled in one place. But there are also situations like this: I have my son's appointment with an allergist scheduled for today. He got sick last night, and I've been trying to call him all morning to cancel or reschedule. No one answers the phone at the allergy clinic. When I call the general reception desk, I wait about 8-10 minutes to get to the front of the line, and then, when it's supposed to be my turn, I'm suddenly disconnected before anyone answers. Then you hear about "cancel, don't block" campaigns... It's hard to cancel when you can't even get through.
