I had a very bad experience with the gynecologist. She was really rude to me, and the receptionist was also disrespectiul. When I respectfully asked if my friend could translate for me over the phone or if I could use a translator, she denied my request in an unprofessional manner.

Doctors especially the gynacologist is very very rude to the foriegners.unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. During my visit to the dermatologist,I encounted a rude demeanor that left me feeling embarrassed and undervalued.

I've been using Medicenter for a while now. Registration works smoothly – by phone, online, and on-site. The receptionists provide clear information about appointments, documents, and next steps. I had no problems making an appointment or obtaining information. Everything is clearly organized on-site, without chaos or a tense atmosphere. As a patient, I know where to go and what to expect, which makes my visit much easier.
