OH my Lord!! Are doctors & lab techs humans or beasts here.. Did they actually graduate from an empathetic field of medicine ??? They threaten you like you stole their property. What they should be stolen from is their licence🤯🤯 I was 5 min late (cuz of snow causing accident in vehicles ahead us), *Dr Marta Szulc* came pacing & told if you don’t get your baby in next 1 min, your appointment is cancelled😌 Before that I went for vaccination of my baby, holding my baby in hand & file dropped from my hand. Dr Marta Szulc blatantly told, “ I can't help you with this, call your husband”. 🤷♀️ Mahnnnn!!!! What human nature is this ?? Don’t pick it up for me , but don’t even make that statement. Duh 😒 Then that day , when drawing my babies blood, who’s just an year old , lab technician who draws blood grew aggressively impatient cuz my baby was crying 😢 She hurried to the point his blood drops fell on my hands. This is sueable offence. I was so scared I left the place without creating scene. Another lab big guy with small soul, with tattoos filled hands, was so rude cuz I took a video of my baby inside that vaccination zone 💉 (Sorry I didn’t know the rules , which was written in door, cuz I can’t read Polish 🇵🇱 ). He could say it calmly but he went into beast mode. Now, I’m quizzing why ??? Why are these rude ? Is it with all or just with foreigners ??? I bet not all Polish people are rude (which they are infamously known for ). I don’t believe, since I have met a few good Polish . Humane ones, smiling ones, kind ones ♥️ We contribute to your economy . We dress humbly, talk humbly , act humbly . But that doesn’t mean we can be treated bad 😭 We pay MORE TAX than your salaries. Maybe your combined salaries 💰 Learn some ethics. Be humane. Be kind. It costs nothing😌

I've been registered with this clinic for two years now, and I haven't had any problems. They're quick to sign me up, and there are no issues with acceptance or rejection. Everything is clear and understandable. The administrators are also wonderful. Thank you.

My husband and I would like to sincerely thank you for your help, commitment, empathy, and support during the emergency that we faced. The ladies at the Reception Desk and Mr. Tomasz Ziomek are simply angels on Earth. They were completely professional, patient, and kind. You didn't have to help us; we could have gone to the ER. That's what you call a human touch, which is rare these days. We wholeheartedly recommend this clinic, where we have been receiving treatment for years. Mr. Tomasz Ziomek from the treatment room is a true gem!!! We also thank Dr. Porczyński, who also provided his assistance, even though we disrupted his work schedule and our stress made working under pressure certainly not easy. Thank you very much, Doctor. A great facility! I highly recommend Dr. Jaworska – a wonderful doctor. A big shout-out to the team at the treatment room, too. Ms. Zosia and Mr. Tomek are a wonderful and friendly team. I have a real fear of having my blood drawn, but thanks to them, the test was quick, painless, and in a very pleasant atmosphere. Thank you!

This is my second visit to the treatment room. Mr. Tomasz Ziomek is a very kind, empathetic, and educated man. He answered all my questions and resolved my doubts. Furthermore, he administers vaccines completely painlessly. If you need a vaccine, you can only get it from him!
