  The receptionist was very polite and pleasant. My visit with Mr. Robert Sewruk was a nightmare. I won't call him a doctor because he doesn't deserve the title. Never in my life, and as you yourself said, my PESEL (Personal Identification Number) shows, have I encountered such a lack of manners. Rudeness is an understatement when it comes to this man. I strongly advise against any visit there, especially to young people, as it can be traumatic for someone more sensitive. I think veterinarians have a higher level of professionalism and respect for their patients.

  A unique place. We were referred from the PRO-Med facility in Wołomin, where there was an equipment failure and the staff were on hand to help. Here, it was the opposite: the staff were broken, but the equipment worked. Upon entering, we were met with a commotion, and the patient left the premises in a state of great emotion. We also had the same problem, as we only had an electronic referral, not a paper one (as issued to us). Fortunately, the phones were working, and after making one of several scheduled calls, the receptionist received satisfactory information. The examination itself was uneventful, but at the end, the woman called the next patient without informing us that the examination was finished. As I said, a unique place. We certainly won't be returning.

  My experiences have always been very positive. The ENT specialist is dedicated, empathetic, and professional, and the receptionist is kind and helpful. I've never had any major problems getting through by phone. It's worth noting that the appointment was scheduled relatively quickly, considering the National Health Fund (NFZ) coverage.

  I'm only giving it five stars because I'd give it a million! I've been going there for a while now with my daughter. I waited seven days for my first appointment, and that was for the National Health Fund (NFZ). It's truly a miracle to get an appointment with an ENT specialist in such a short time, even with a Cito referral. The reception staff are incredibly friendly and the doctor is incredibly kind. I wholeheartedly recommend it. I've traveled the entire area looking for an ENT specialist, but this place is fantastic, and you don't have to wait half a century for the National Health Fund (NFZ). I always receive a text message reminding me about my appointment, and rescheduling is no problem either.

  The lady at the reception desk is very nice and professional, but the ENT doctor is full of negative comments, this is how a patient should be treated.
