They don’t remove sutures, which is the responsibility of family doctor according to treatment guidelines. For this procedure there is even no need for higher medical education and nurses can do this. It tells a lot about competence of local doctors

For the second time in a row, my child's vaccination appointment has been canceled. I actually found out about it myself when I called the facility. It's not a big deal that you practically never have the option of a replacement and offer appointments for 2-3 weeks later. Children are vaccinated according to the vaccination schedule, which should be at least "more or less" adhered to. While the window for my child's vaccination with you is already closing, what happens when you cancel my next appointment again? If I wanted to transfer my child to another facility, I wouldn't have time either. The receptionists were also unhelpful.

The worst possible clinic, not patient-friendly. It's impossible to register for a specific day online. They claim the list opens at 7 a.m. I tried again the next day, but unfortunately, it's not possible because there are no available appointments. Calling in the morning is also impossible, meaning emergency appointments are out of reach for several days or even up to two weeks. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Royal Med is a place where patients truly feel cared for. The staff is exceptionally polite, competent, and always ready to help. Appointments run smoothly, and the doctors thoroughly explain every step of the treatment and approach patients with great empathy. The clinic is modern, well-maintained, and very well-organized. Every time I leave here I feel like I'm in good hands. I highly recommend it!
