  I booked a visit to a doctor to receive a specific medical service. During booking, I received confirmation that this service was available. However, when I arrived at the medical center, the doctor told me that they do not provide this service. I then tried to resolve the issue with the reception, and they seemed surprised that this doctor does not work with this service. Eventually, I was informed that the center could not perform the procedure at all. Be careful — you may not receive the service that is promised

  I would like to start by saying that Scanmed is a great clinic with excellent doctors. I was just unfortunate with Mr. Gorczyca Wojciech. Mr. Wojciech refused to provide medical care simply because I don’t speak Polish well, even though I brought a translator to assist with communication. The doctor still declined to see me, citing unclear "checks" as a reason, which felt like an excuse rather than a legitimate policy. This behavior is unprofessional and discriminatory, especially considering that access to medical care is a basic right, regardless of language barriers. I expected compassion and professionalism, but instead was met with a lack of empathy and unwillingness to help. If you’re an international patient or don’t speak Polish fluently, I do not recommend this doctor. There are many other doctors in Scanmed who are more respectful toward non-Polish-speaking patients.

  I visited a dermatologist with my lab results for the first time. The doctor immediately began writing a prescription, seemingly like a magician. I informed him that I had conducted lab tests and possessed the results. However, he confidently asserted that his balsam soup and cream would cure whatever the issue was. Curious, I inquired if he had an initial diagnosis. He responded sarcastically, saying to return after three weeks of using the soup, and the issue is not resolved.

  Went there for blood tests, the nurse wasn’t able to get the sample at first try and it was quite painful for me since she was trying to look for a vein to draw blood. Another nurse came to the rescue when the pain was unbearable for me. Experience with the gynaecologist was okay, Im not satisfied fully with the post tests consultation and hence will be looking for a second opinion soon.

  Stay away from this place, bad service. Reception staff has bad attitude. Doctor didn’t even check patient while discussing symptoms, doctor asked to do X-ray and ultrasound without even examining patient (it appears this medical services company is only interested in making money and not taking care of patients).
