What an absolute perfect experience I have had colonoscopy and endoscopy at this clinic preformed by Dr Artur Uzdzicki assisted by an angel mrs Izabela jarząbek! Starting at the reception with explaining the forms ending at the ACTION team , They explained all the procedures in details made me feel comfortable and at ease although the procedure are not that comfortable they made is as simple as it takes ! Izabela was very caring and you can feel her angel touch Dr Artur very confident and considerate when it comes to the bottom procedure! Well done and hats off we need more of those professionals to take care of us ! A BIG thank you ! Google asking for photos I will spare you that :))))

Highly recommend. Each of the staff members was amazing, comforting, intelligent, and thorough with their work. I do not speak Polish, and was accommodated well by doctors, nurses, and front desk staff. They alleviated my anxiety and got the procedure done with precision and timeliness. Cannot speak highly enough.

It’s almost impossible to make an appointment if you don’t speak polish. I would call the clinic and ask if they spoke English then the person on the line would pretend they can’t hear so they would hey “hello hello” and hang up as if there are issues with the phone. But if you called them and said dzien dobry they would reply to you dzien dobry (which means the phone connection was perfectly fine) but then as soon as you’d speak English they just hang up the phone. Seems ridiculous to be acting like that when working at a clinic.

I had a gastroscopy here because the waiting list was very long in Germany. A Polish coworker called and made an appointment for me. The staff were friendly and helpful although I could only speak a few words of Polish. The doctor was quick and professional during the exam and was fine with speaking English to me during the consultation afterwards. I don't know how good the price is relative to other Places in Poland but it was vastly cheaper than other nearby countries and the quality of care was high. I'd recommend it but it would be best if you can speak some Polish if you need to visit regularly

Nice atmosphere at the waiting ara. Nursing personnel was managing patients very well. The issue was very clearly explained with very patient and full of empaty approach of Prof. Słojewski. Highly recommended.
