On Monday, I had the opportunity to use the clinic's services as an adult for the first time in my life. When I called the clinic, I was in the queue for 26 minutes, but it took about 15 minutes. The woman who answered the phone was very kind and helpful. After a while, I needed to change something, and she also helped me with a warm voice. The clinic itself went smoothly, the friendly doctor slowly performed the tests. This morning, I had a problem with my insurance and I was very pleasantly surprised by the help from the clinic's website. The pediatricians are also wonderful. I recommend them.

If it weren't for Dr. Kujawska, there would be no point in even calling at 8 a.m. sharp and waiting an hour, being the fifth in line. Two years ago, this wasn't a problem. Now I call and find out there's no way to even make an appointment, and the appointments are for the day I call. I'm sorry, but who's going to call if you're working or studying? The wait isn't 5 minutes like it used to be, but at least 30 minutes. There are supposedly two people answering the phones, but nothing happens for sometimes 20 minutes.

The phone call is a joke. It's faster to call the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) office. At other clinics, the wait is 15-20 minutes max, but here you can make breakfast, lunch, and almost dinner, and still have music playing. One person there answers the phone every so often, or is that your paranoia? I'm changing clinics.
