  I was at the clinic with my girlfriend we had appointment for the dentist. I was first dentist found 5 tooth to be filled so she did them, my girlfriend was next dentist found 2 tooth to be filled but she said she can do only 1 and to make appointment for other day, there was no X ray done to us and my girlfriend was complaining on pain in the tooth what was done. I was charged 1100zł my girlfriend 150zł for that day. We made appointment for my girlfriend for other day to finish her 1 tooth, she arrived at the dentist and it was different person doing procedure, he found 4 tooth to be done not 1 she came to finish, he did 2 fillings and changed her 1050zł. So I paid 1100zł for 5 fillings and my girlfriend paid 1050zł for 2 fillings, they make prices as they pleased and I don't know we needed them fillings at all.

  The receptionists are very rude, lacking any manners. They show no interest in anyone coming in. They don't even say hello, they just keep talking. You feel unwelcome upon entering, and I'm not the only one who's noticed this. This is a major drawback from the start. The only reason I still come here is because of the specific and good specialist. I don't greet the receptionists. Another drawback is the constant scheduling changes, which are a constant part of the process. I've been attending the clinic for several years now, and every single one of my appointments has been postponed. This is a bit ridiculous.

  I'm extremely pleased with my choice of your clinic for my laser vision correction procedure. The staff is very friendly and competent. Excellent organization and a wonderful atmosphere. Dr. Łukasz Cwalina is a top-notch professional. He possesses incredible knowledge, skills, and expertise. He also has a wealth of empathy for his patients. I couldn't have chosen a better clinic. I recommend it to anyone struggling with choosing a doctor in this specialty. I sincerely thank the entire medical team and the clinic staff. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

  I don't recommend it; I feel cheated. I had an appointment with a dermatologist for a consultation about moles that needed to be removed. My visit lasted two minutes, including one minute spent searching for the equipment (a dermatoscope). She placed it on my moles and said they were pigmented (i.e., colored). I told her that's what I saw, and then she charged me 300 złoty. And no specifics about where to go, who to see, or the cost. She had no idea... Not to mention the fact that I had an appointment for a specific time and waited another hour. What a waste of time and money.

  I don't recommend it. I had laser vision correction a few days ago. As for Dr. Cwalina, I have no complaints; he was completely professional. The procedure itself was also impeccable. Unfortunately, what was very disappointing was the service. The procedure was scheduled for Saturday, but it was rescheduled for Friday. I received this information because I called the registration desk on Wednesday. No one informed me of the change in advance. I asked the doctor to let me know what time to arrive because I was traveling from Krakow with my child after a checkup at the hospital as early as possible. The doctor informed me to arrive at 5:00 PM or 8:00 PM on Wednesday. On the day of the procedure, I was on time. The first examination took place three hours later, I had the correction at 10:00 PM, and I left the facility at 11:00 PM. This is incomprehensible; the tests and procedure took 40 minutes, and the wait was six hours. What finally broke the camel's back was the fact that the follow-up appointments were scheduled for a few days after the procedure with Dr. And the appointment was scheduled in 2 weeks and not with an ophthalmologist.
