My husband arrived for his scheduled Holter monitor appointment, about an hour's drive, and it turned out "unfortunately, we don't have any Holter monitors." Would it be so difficult for the staff to call to cancel the appointment? They even call the National Health Fund (NFZ) in such cases, and we're not happy about it. It took us over two hours to get there.

I had a gastroscopy done. I was a bit of a challenge because of my gag reflex, and it was difficult for me to cope. Fortunately, both the doctor and the nurse were incredibly patient and empathetic. From the moment I walked in, they were smiling and had a positive attitude. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

Getting through to them by phone is bordering on a miracle, none of the numbers listed on the clinic's website work and I want to give them some money, and they don't care about that.
