I was arranging today’s appointment myself for my daughter’s check up, if I was told that I need to bring a translator with me, I would have arranged someone earlier, when I got there, the doctor told me she could not communicate with me, so I got rejected, but I once Went myself for my kid’s check and it was ok with my limited polish, and today it was not ok, I need to make another appointment.

I was very disappointed with the coordinated care. I had to keep asking at the front desk for both the test and the cardiologist appointment. After waiting for my appointment, it turned out that someone hadn't uploaded the Holter results, so I had to come back with the results. Furthermore, despite having coordinated care, I was informed that the Holter results were for the internist, not the cardiologist, which contradicts the internist's information. The cardiologist appointment itself was very professional, but this isn't the first time I've felt very disappointed with the organization. Especially since the appointment was for a consultation on the test results, which the doctor didn't have access to. Updated: I waited as instructed that someone would contact me on Monday, which didn't happen. After 3 p.m., knowing the manager's office was open until 4 p.m., I called myself. Despite several attempts, I was unsuccessful. The receptionist called back just before 5 p.m., but the issue still hasn't been resolved. Update 2: I emailed and received information about coordinated care from the doctor, as well as two different coordinators at the reception desk. I also signed the documents. So your response is either a misrepresentation of the situation or the result of data processing chaos, and you're writing about verification publicly. Additionally, two women called me after update 1 with explanations. I recommend working as a team before addressing matters publicly.

Two ladies from the treatment room, two worlds. The younger one waits in an open office and, seeing the patient, welcomes him in with a smile. The older one educates the patients. The first day: when the previous patient leaves, the office door closes. I don't go in because the doctor doesn't ask. It's appointment time, and I wait. When 10 minutes pass and my doctor's appointment is approaching, I peek in—I'm for an examination—she puts down her phone, dissatisfied—"Are you scheduled?" I reported this at the reception desk. I've been waiting for 10 minutes. I have such-and-such an examination—but were you scheduled?" I say I have an appointment, I didn't make an appointment with her—"Name?" "You're here, you were supposed to be here 10 minutes ago..." Such a situation. The next day, I'm two minutes before my examination. The same lady, the door closed, I knock—silence. I go in anyway. The lady is on the phone—I'm for an examination—five seconds of silence and a cool stare—"What, when?"—"That's for now—but it's two more minutes, please wait." I leave. The examination was substantively okay, but the patient's treatment was a mistake. I'm assertive, but I can see how an elderly person with a "pleading" approach must feel. It's a clear enforcement of the PRL-era approach. The patient is expected to explain themselves from the moment they arrive.

Does this even need commenting? A total of 35 minutes of waiting for a phone call to be answered, only to be told in 30 seconds that the earliest I could bring my sick child in was Friday (Monday, 1:00-2:00 PM). I came to this facility looking for a specific pediatrician, but I was left without the pediatrician who had been caring for my child since birth and without the opportunity to schedule an appointment when the child needed one.

The pediatrician was great. But the rest... It's a disaster. They send the child's immunization card a month later... And the child can't be vaccinated... Every time we talk about sending this information, we get different answers... It was supposed to be sent the next day. Now it's been a month. I don't recommend working with this facility.
