I was refused an appointment despite my scheduled visit. Initially, everyone was very surprised that I showed up and asked if I had actually canceled the appointment, which had only been scheduled a few hours earlier. At the reception desk, I was initially told that the doctor was at a conference, but later someone else told me he had a procedure upstairs. This review concerns the appointment with Dr. Barbara Dudka-Żyrek.

I recommend it 100%. The receptionist is very friendly and always calls with appointment reminders. Dr. Barbara Żyrek is a wonderful doctor, the visit was stress-free. The doctor explained everything, advised, and the examination was carried out without rushing. 🥰

I've been using Medical House's services for almost a year now and I'm very satisfied. They offer professionalism, knowledge, and experience, along with a pleasant atmosphere. Dr. Barbara and cosmetologist Ewelina are top specialists in their field. I highly recommend them!

I definitely don't recommend this facility. The receptionist is completely inhumane, lacking empathy, making it difficult to ask questions. It's like she's being held there as if she's being punished. The doctor was an hour late, there was a three-hour wait for an appointment that was supposed to be at 1:00 PM, and there were eight women in the queue, all nervously waiting, who were also seen very late. When you pay a lot of money for an appointment, you expect something different than this, which shouldn't happen.

Today I scheduled my son for an ultrasound. He waited three hours for the test, and when he arrived, it turned out they wouldn't do it because the doctor had an emergency procedure upstairs, and of course, no one bothered to inform us beforehand!!! I should also add that the woman at the reception desk was very unpleasant, as if she was just sitting there as a punishment. I called the hospital in Bielsko, and it was a completely different conversation and a completely different approach!
