A large, non-public health care facility. Appointments are made with a specialist for a specific time, and a number is assigned. We enter using our assigned number. The clinic is clean and quiet (although, as always, some retirees are short on time!). The receptionists are friendly (at least in their interactions with me). I recommend it!

I've been calling for an hour and a half, and they're either busy or don't answer when they're available. How can you ruin your reputation with receptionists? People, replace these women! There are so many people looking for work who wouldn't do it out of kindness or as a punishment. They can't even smile when you're doing something at the reception desk.

The service was terrible. The receptionist confirmed that the referral would be valid on the scheduled date, but upon arrival, I approached the receptionist and was told I wouldn't be accepted because the referral had expired. Absolutely no professionalism. The doctor commented that it was the receptionist's fault and didn't do anything about it. I'm a newcomer, and I went there for nothing because they didn't provide me with the information. The receptionist had my phone number, but I still didn't receive any information. I don't recommend this clinic.

Drama... waiting for a visit for 4 hours! Either patients are not registered every 15 minutes or we need to think about what to improve to make the system work better. At the moment it is like 10 years ago - after an hour you get a number and you go in according to the order. One patient in the waiting room told how she recently left the gynecologist at 11 pm! There was such a delay... What a drama and the explanations of the midwife that there are many pregnant women are as if someone had doubts that maybe you come to the gynecologist with a cold and for a gastroscopy... I hope I will not have to make any more visits here
