  Making an appointment at this clinic is a nightmare. As a patient, I only need to see a doctor once or twice a year, and even then, there's always a problem getting an appointment; the next one isn't until the middle of next month. I can't even imagine the wait to see a specialist. I transferred to another clinic, which easily saw me within a reasonable time. These are no longer the communist era; patients should be treated with respect and have real access to a doctor.

  The general registration desk is always helpful, and the ladies are very kind and always willing to help. The phone is always answered; you just have to wait a while. Best regards, ladies at registration.

  I called the reception desk to make an appointment with an ophthalmologist. As I was giving my details, the lady I spoke to, unable to hear the street name I live on (she repeated it several times, even letter by letter), turned to the woman next to me and said, "Fuck, you hear a f**k." Unfortunately, everything was audible over the phone. I've never encountered such behavior in my life; zero professionalism, just sheer rudeness. When I pointed out her vocabulary, she quickly changed the subject. It's worth considering the competence of the receptionists :)

  General registration at Medical is very convenient, both by phone and in person. Doctors are available daily, and the registration system has improved significantly. Pediatricians are readily available. I highly recommend it.

  Standing outside a clinic at 6 a.m. to see a doctor is a joke. And over the phone, you can forget about it.
