  I highly do not recommend it, especially those ladies at the registration desk, they should have been demoted long ago, zero culture, zero upbringing, they behave as if they were the lords of the rings, although in fact they are more on their toes than in their heads, come down to earth because you are ordinary, gray people at your job, and yet you behave like a real boor, but really look in the mirror

  The receptionists should be sent back to school for the Millennium of Poland. What's more, when making an appointment, you provide your PESEL number and surname, yet it's still confused or misspelled. It takes a very long time to process requests, and even private visits are downplayed – the doctor left even though it was a few minutes late (I was waiting at the reception desk). This healthcare system is a disaster and a complete mess. Sweep the streets.

  A complete lack of professionalism. I called to inquire about the cost of the tests required for the service. The receptionist informed me of the amount I would have to pay. I double-checked, as the amount seemed much lower than the competition. The woman confirmed that I would definitely pay 200 PLN in total, with a small price range depending on the additional tests. I waited over a week for an appointment, but upon arriving at my scheduled time, I discovered that my appointment time had changed because I had been "added." Of course, I waited much longer, and in the end, the total cost of the tests was 365 PLN, plus I would have to wait half a day for the medical examiner. I recommend getting private tests elsewhere, for example, at Kochanowski Street – it's a bit cheaper and much faster.

  Disorganized clinic, I made an appointment and yet I had to wait an hour after my appointment, and in the end I couldn't get in touch with them because they came up with unnecessary things.
