It's impossible to book an appointment a month in advance! The receptionists assure me I can schedule an appointment for the same day. I called constantly from 8:00 to 8:30 because they didn't answer the phone. When I finally got through, I was told that National Health Fund (NFZ) appointments were no longer available, but private clinics were booked for 300 PLN. The National Health Fund (NFZ) appointments were booked within half an hour—that's impossible! This clinic used to be highly recommended and patient-friendly, but now, reading the reviews, it's changed dramatically! What a shame!

I had an appointment with Dr. Kulig for a colposcopy (covered by the National Health Fund) to rule out cervical cancer. I waited about two months for the appointment, and the clinic itself was an hour's drive from the very end of Łódź. Only the receptionists were polite and helpful, but the clinic gave the impression of being "unsterile" from the moment I entered the office. Upon entering the office, I didn't even get a "hello" greeting, just a disapproving look from the doctor. Perhaps because my appointment was covered by the National Health Fund? The doctor at the entrance asked for the date of my last period. When I waited too long to provide a specific date, he asked me out and rudely told me to come back another day when I was prepared for the questions. I explained my situation to the receptionist in detail, that I hadn't had any bleeding for a long time, so it was difficult for me to give a clear answer. I returned with the receptionist to the office to try to explain the situation to the doctor. He refused to perform the test, explaining that I might be pregnant. I explained that I hadn't had sex for a long time and that I knew best if there was a chance of pregnancy. The doctor responded in a rude and rude tone, giving absurd arguments, and had a negative attitude towards me from the very beginning. I took the referral for the test and left. I'm glad it turned out the way it did, because I wouldn't want someone like that touching me. A "specialist" with no respect for his patients, or rather, no respect for another person with a very inflated ego. I do not recommend visiting this place.
