After trying to make an appointment with a referral from the emergency room, the very nice receptionist said she'd find an appointment for Friday. The first problem turned out to be where I lived, as it wasn't their municipality anymore, so when the receptionist heard I had foreign insurance... I'll quote, "We absolutely have no available appointments," and then I replied that a minute ago, the woman told me the appointment was available on Friday. The woman started denying it, getting worked up, and finally screaming before hanging up. Absolutely awful. I don't recommend it, and in my opinion, she should be fired!

It was my first time there, and so far I'm satisfied. Registration by phone was quick, and the same was true at the window. The doctor saw patients from 7 a.m. and was on site from 7 a.m. Parking in front of the clinic is small. The exterior is a plus, but the interior looks a bit like something from the communist era.

The service in the building belonging to the clinic's rehabilitation center is a disaster. The insolence of the woman at the reception desk is astounding. I stood there waiting, and she didn't even bother to respond. She completely ignored me, and I left within minutes. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. They know how to charge money, but they have no manners at all. It's a waste of money and seaweed.

There are so many people willing to work, yet the reception desk at this establishment employs people who are there as punishment. Getting through to them is next to impossible.

After three days and a dozen unsuccessful attempts to contact the office, when the lady at the reception finally answered the phone... she was so rude that I won't call them again and I definitely won't make an appointment...
