Terrible service: both administrative and medical. Huge delays in accepting patients with private insurance, manual/fascial therapy performed with little commitment, and patient signatures collected before, rather than after, the procedure. I strongly discourage anyone using private insurance.

The blood draw was quick, efficient, and to the point. I was third in line, and 15 minutes later, my appointment was complete. The service at the window was also efficient, and the brunette woman at the front desk was very understanding and provided good information.

Avoid Dr. Pacula!!!! I see I'm not the only one with these warnings!! Be careful!!! I completely agree with what someone wrote earlier – avoid this doctor! I had a very minimal history, a few sentences, and no suggestions for tests. I was blindly given medication I didn't need at all, and it's still causing me problems. This case is from a few years ago! The clinic itself – the reception staff, in my opinion, are very friendly and always helpful! So, on the one hand, 5*.
