That’s a great place to take care of your health. I am a client of Medicina since 2015, and can say every time I needed a consultation I got it quickly. I would also like to recommend dr. Jezierska (family doctor) and dr. Najder (pediatrician) as a great specialists. As for the false comments of some of the other reviewers - never once I have heard people who spoke at least basic English or Polish were rejected. Maybe if you speak both languages so bad that other people can hardly understand you - you’d rather consider study it first before accusing the reception?;)

After a long wait, they simply canceled the visit without offering another time. Customer orientation!👌. Also, when I asked to speak English, she was immediately reminded me that Polish is spoken in Poland!!!😳 However, my Polish was not understood only by the girl from the reception who called me from the clinic. Other people in Poland understand what I am saying. Because they want and do not send it is not clear where

The attention in reception is the worse, the ladies working there are not giving the right information, they dont know how to work, they even dont know their process, I had a referral from medicover and they want me to pay, since they were not sure about the document.

The clinic provides very poor quality appointment service via phone. My call was transferred 4 times to different people who were helpless and unable to schedule simple visit to doctor. Not recommended.
