Unfortunately, I don't recommend this facility; it was a waste of time and money. Despite the receptionists' assurances that psychologist Alina provided the services I needed, I was greatly disappointed when I spoke with her. Fortunately, I found a very competent psychologist elsewhere in Oświęcim, for whom my case was no problem.

We've been using this facility for a while now and are very satisfied. The receptionists are always kind, helpful, and organize everything efficiently. The doctors are competent, professional, and have a great approach to patients. We feel well cared for and confident about our health. I highly recommend them.

My mother had a colonoscopy at this facility, during which a polyp was detected. However, I'd like to emphasize that the clinic does not perform outpatient polyp removal, which is available at many other centers and allows for avoiding the need for a repeat examination. For some patients, this may be important information when choosing a diagnostic facility. The doctor who performed the examination was professional, and I have no complaints about the medical aspect. However, contact with the administrative staff (the facility director and co-owner) was difficult for us—we lacked a certain empathy and a calmer approach, especially considering that a patient may not remember everything or feel well after the examination/anesthetic.

This is my second visit to this facility, and I've never been disappointed. The specialists are reliable and friendly. The receptionists are very kind and smiling. Appointments can be long, but they always offer quicker appointments whenever possible. I highly recommend them! :)

A modern center with excellent specialists. I recommend colonoscopy and gastroscopy to people who, like me, are dying at the sight of a doctor. Under the supervision of nurse specialists Joanna Jarska and Beata Mroziak, MD, both procedures were performed very comfortably and professionally. Dr. Joanna Bolsęga-Pacud, MD, is an excellent ophthalmologist with a modern approach to patient needs and very valuable advice that goes beyond standard advice. Dr. Joanna Giemza-Stokłosa, MD, is professional and efficient, with a very empathetic and open approach to patients. The receptionists are always able to conjure up a good appointment with specialists.
