The clinic needs to be reported to the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) and the Patient Ombudsman. There's no way to register; even when someone graciously answers the phone, there are never any available appointments, and you can't even book an appointment for the next day because, according to the "receptionist," appointments are only for the same day. This is a tragedy. Someone at the top should take an interest in this clinic and take action.

I applied for an examination under the 40+ Program. I've been waiting three months for any contact. It's impossible to get through. Total incompetence.

The worst clinic I've ever been to. And unfortunately, I'm still registered there; I thought until recently that all medical institutions in Poland were similar to each other, but no, I was wrong. It so happened that I had to spend a couple of days in a hospital in Wroclaw on Warszawa Street, I finally felt a warm attitude towards myself and I realized that Medicor in Jelcz is "my punishment". What you need to know about Medicor: Making an appointment with a doctor is another quest. First, you need to come to the clinic an hour before opening, stand in a long queue, they make an appointment with a random doctor, and sometimes you can stand in a queue and not make an appointment at all, because there are no more places for an appointment, and no one cares at all whether you are sick. You can't ask - there are no free places anyway, and here's a miracle, if you repeat a little more boldly and louder: "how come there are no free places?", then those places somehow appear. Doctors change more often than you get a cold. And each of them has to tell their medical history all over again, because they don't keep a patient's card, or simply don't know how to use a computer. I don't want to talk about the competence of some doctors at all, sometimes you leave the office and think "what was that?!?" Of course, you come across doctors "with a capital letter", but their work in this institution is so fast that you don't even have time to remember their last names. And today it's a total shock, the doctor (last name EL-HAYEKAMAL) doesn't even speak Polish properly, because she's just as foreign as I am. And the question is, how are we supposed to understand each other?! And in general, when a doctor shouts at you and doesn't even want to listen to my first sentence, just because I didn't make an appointment, and only points to the door, you won't ever want to go to her again. At the reception, the girls are mocking and rude, if you are not Polish, then there is no chance of a positive response to any request. I will give an example, it happened that I ran out of medicines that I take constantly and am waiting for an operation, but they are not on the list of permanent medicines in their computer, there is only information that they were prescribed to me, so I cannot get a prescription. And a moment later I hear an identical conversation at the reception, and what would you think?!? A person is given a prescription and told to ask the doctor to add the medicines to the list of permanent admissions next time. How do you like that?! Well, as for the fact that getting through to the reception is a fortune, sometimes you get through after a couple of times, but more often it is a call into space.

The clinic leaves much to be desired in terms of organization. To get an appointment with a doctor on the same day, you have to show up at 7 a.m., and you can still be turned away. People stand in the cold for an hour, only to be told upon entering that there are no more appointments. I wanted to make an appointment for the next day, but I was told that registration is only available on the day of the appointment. When my mother came early in the morning to register me, we were told that there were no appointments and that I should go to the "Christmas package." This is absurd. I tried to schedule checkups for December 23rd, 24th, and 27th, but I was informed that registration for these days is not being accepted because doctors will only see the most serious cases. This approach forces patients to rely on private healthcare. It's truly sad that the public healthcare system operates this way.
