  I registered with this clinic a few years ago, as a first-year student – ​​I lived nearby at the time. Phone registration is often problematic. My appointments with Dr. Kwiecień and Dr. Kolankiewicz went smoothly. However, I have very poor memories of my two visits with Ms. Tuczek. Both were quick examinations. I went in with cold symptoms, including a violent, hacking cough, and she didn't even order a COVID test. The doctor also tends to comment on her patients' bodies in a rather insensitive way; she embarrassed me. She also likes to talk politics while writing a prescription. Regardless of whether I agree with her views or not, I believe a doctor's office is not the place for such conversations.

  Unfortunately, I'm very dissatisfied with the registration process at this clinic. Since 8:00 a.m., I've tried calling the registration desk numerous times—I've made about 20 calls. For over an hour, the phone was constantly engaged, as if the receiver had been hung up. Only after 9:00 a.m. did someone answer the call, but I was informed that there were no more appointments available for that day. This situation is all the more frustrating because I needed to see a doctor urgently. I believe the registration process is very inappropriate and urgently needs improvement, as in emergencies, patients are left with no real option for receiving care.

  I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews about this clinic and the people who work there. I've been a member of this clinic since I was a baby, and a visit has never been a traumatic experience for me. The doctors at Medicor are absolutely lovely. I'm a patient of Dr. Tuczek-Nowak's, and I always feel listened to, cared for, and even amused, because she has an incredible sense of humor. So I hope those reading the comments aren't discouraged by the hateful comments here, because all the doctors are lovely and the well-being of their patients is very important to them. I can say that despite moving to the other side of Wrocław, I have no intention of changing clinics because I'm very happy with them 😊

  I've been a patient at the clinic several times. I've never had a problem making an appointment by phone. I've used the services of a dermatologist. I've always received professional advice and assistance. I'm very satisfied and have no complaints.

  The registration process is completely useless; they provide incorrect office hours, and what they say over the phone is completely different from what actually happens. They simply provide WRONG INFORMATION. And it wasn't just once, but three times. I came here three times (asking beforehand if the doctor would be there) and she was never even there, even though I was told over the phone she would be. This isn't a clinic, it's a disaster. Don't look at her positive reviews like I do (which aren't very many anyway), just DON'T GO HERE. Find a better clinic, not this one, if you want to see a doctor. I've had ENOUGH.
