We came here on 2nd of January at 17:00 for a consultation appointment with a pediatrician for our daugter's flu. We received the guarantee of payment letter from our global private insurance. When we explained this to the registration workers there, they looked at us saying they have never heard something like this. I have been using our private insurance during travels abroad occasionally and it's the first time I see such an amateur treatment to this situation from a health clinic. It's almost as if they never heard private insurance or payment letter etc.. I had to pay the amount from my own pocket and send it for reimbursement to the insurance, obviously I would have preferred this was settled between 2 medical parties and I am not getting involved.

Doctors are ok, although some of them barely speak English. And that's why I chose Medicover in the first place. More than once I had the sensation they would make you repeat the same test if the one you have already done a week before was not done in Medicover. The worst experience though is their Customer Service/Medistore. Nobody knows anything. They will transfer your call to another person (4 times) until you give up. Three weeks to receive an invoice for a service that has already been paid. I go to Medicover because I do not know a better alternative. Does anybody know a better company?

Service is just awful, and I don't mean doctors because they are good but receptionists - incompetence leterally in everything. The additional minus is long time of waiting for visit, and close to impossible to get a prescription for analysis etc.. In case of smth serious better to arrange private visit somewhere else. Do not recommend

Each time I have been the service has been professional, fast, and without much wait. They offer parking in front of the building and the interior is well maintained.
