  Unfortunately, my experience with this clinic has been quite disappointing. I had an appointment at 10:05, but I wasn’t seen until 10:30 - even though I arrived earlier than the scheduled time. Every time I visited, I faced similar delays. There is also unnecessary waiting for lab tests because a separate line is created upon arrival. In addition, some people are seen without waiting their turn - the doctor simply asks if anyone is waiting and then takes whoever responds. It would be much more organized if the doctor, nurse, or assistant called patients by their last name according to the appointment schedule. Honestly, visiting a public clinic feels more pleasant and better organized.

  I came to Dr Jakub (3138168 in the registry of doctors) and he was earnest and respectful, and directed me to the next doctor. This was a stark contrast from my visit of doctor Liudmyła (4241758 in the registry of doctors) in Medicover Atrium, who was incredibly dismissive and incompetent...

  Highly satisfied with Medicover! I was able to make next-day Cardiologist appointment, pay small fee according to my insurance plan and confirm my visit - everything via mobile app. Doctor was very professional and polite, i was able to run some tests right after my visit and receive doctor’s notes online, which ended up solving my heath concern in just 1 day. I hope everyone’s experience with Medicover will be the same :)

  I do not recommend this clinic. The clinic manager mocked me and threatened to call security instead of doing her job. I felt that her behavior may have been influenced by racism. This was extremely unprofessional and stressful. I strongly advise against visiting this clinic.

  Had a really bad experience with this clinic. During the phone call they didn’t tell me I need to bring my physical passport with me. When I came, they told me I need to have ONLY my passport with me. My driving license, my Spanish residence card or photo of my passport was not ok. I told them that they didn’t tell me about it by phone. And she told me that it’s same for all clinics. But it’s not. Today I was in another clinic and the photo was okay for them. And the girl in the reception didn’t even try to solve this problem. I spent my time and money for this visit and eventually they didn’t make me ultrasound because I didn’t have my physical passport. Awful experience.
