I had a colonoscopy. Despite considerable discomfort, the examination by Dr. Krzysztof Kropiwnicki was quick and pleasant. The doctor asked how I was feeling, offered comfort, and was very understanding. The woman assisting me was equally as helpful. She helped me, among other things, with correcting my position and holding me, which made the examination go more smoothly. I wouldn't recommend the examination itself (it wasn't pleasant, really), but the staff was.

I went for a biopsy with my mom. The doctor, nurses, and receptionists were all great! The doctor was very kind and gentle. The office was spotlessly clean. I have no complaints.

I'd like to commend the empathetic and helpful doctor, Karolina Wojciechowska, who works at Medicus Grajewo. By the end of 2025, she had helped me and my late father three times. Even though I live 220 km from Grajewo, it wasn't a problem. Kudos to the ladies at the reception desk, too.

Well, the specialists are wonderful. The primary care physician, Dr. Kaliszewski, seems to be there "casually," just to examine and prescribe something, and that's it. Dr. Woltanowska, on the other hand, exceeded all my expectations. She's kind, friendly, and down-to-earth. She thoroughly examines the patient and listens carefully to their concerns. Whether it's a simple flu or something more serious, the doctor always selects the appropriate treatment, and the patient recovers quickly.

I had a colonoscopy at Medicus. They called me to come at 10:00. I arrived. I had the exam almost an hour later, and they gave me no pre-exam information. Maybe because it was covered by the National Health Fund. Mr. Kropiwnicki was arrogant, acting as if he was doing the exam out of favor, with arrogant remarks. No understanding; either suffer or we're done. His behavior was irritating.
