There's no respect for other people's time. Appointment times are a sham. You enter the doctor's office according to the order of the numbers, so someone with a 9:00 a.m. appointment will be seen earlier than someone with an 8:00 a.m. appointment. It's a shame they don't inform you about this at the registration desk. If you ask why this works, the lady will tell you if the appointment doesn't work for you, change it, and that you're being rude. No kidding. I have nothing to say about the doctor... but the system is a disaster.

After reading other patients' reviews, I'm convinced that this is a bad place to entrust your health. The incompetent receptionists mislead patients, leading them to schedule a private appointment with an orthopedist. The patient leaves the office with only a prescription for orthotics and instructions to schedule another "follow-up" appointment in two weeks (another 230 PLN). I STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT

Łatwiej trafić szóstkę w totolotka aniżeli dodzwonić się do tej pseudo poradni, widać że pracują tam niekompetentni ludzie. Po przyjeździe na miejsce i zapytaniu się czemu nie można się dodzwonić w celu rejestracji Pani z pychą odpowiedziała że mieli przerwę. W takim razie mają przerwę od 7 do 15. Omijać szerokim łukiem, zresztą jak cały NFZ
