Orthopedics is a disaster. He's supposedly a young orthopedist, but his approach is typical of older doctors. I had surgery (February), didn't have any rehabilitation or follow-up, and I've been in pain for four months. As soon as the pain started again, I scheduled an appointment. After waiting four months for an appointment, I got the answer that there was nothing wrong with me. Practically no history, no referrals for further tests, no sick leave, no advice. He only prescribed me an ointment, which, as you might expect, won't help, as I'd already taken various medications and ointments. But I couldn't say that; the "examination" itself lasted about five minutes. It's better to go private and spend a few hundred dollars than to be left with nothing, without help.

It's a tragedy. There's no information whatsoever, no National Health Fund (NFZ) appointments, and the patient has to call and ask questions themselves. It's beyond criticism. The registration took place at the beginning of 2025 – the deadline is April 2026. But that's not the problem. The patient waits so many months for an appointment, then calls about it a month beforehand, only to be informed that it's not available on the National Health Fund (NFZ). When were patients supposed to be informed? The day before? You've probably known about the lack of a contract since January. You have to find another doctor, and I could have done that a month ago, knowing that. It's a matter of months, not days. The quality isn't what it used to be.

The ophthalmologist is a truly excellent specialist in his field. I went to confirm hypertension through an eye fundus examination, and it turned out I still had glaucoma. The doctor found me appointments, and week after week, under the National Health Fund, he tailored the treatment. I received the first drops in the doctor's office. At subsequent visits, he checked their effectiveness and explained the causes of my condition. I was truly surprised when I was provided with such professional care and not just sent away with a prescription. I have great respect for the doctor; despite his age, he still treats people reliably. I read the reviews of one patient about her eyes not being given drops, and I was shocked. She went to a specialist, but why, when she knew what the doctor was supposed to do, instead of relying on the doctor's experience and then rushing to the doctor, she was the last one in line. It's laughable. I was also the last one in line, and the professionalism was first-rate, and I didn't have to use the drops for the tests. Respect, doctor, and for your perseverance in helping others.

I strongly advise against seeing an ophthalmologist. I waited four months for an appointment, quit my job, and drove (you're not allowed to drive after eye drops). I wanted to know what my vision was like. The doctor didn't administer the drops because I was the last one in line and he didn't want to sit with me. The doctor was very unhappy about having to work, and given his advanced age, it's scary to point that out. After even politely asking about the drops, he got angry and left the office and went to the reception desk, where he practically shouted that he didn't have to work anymore. I'm shocked. I've never met a doctor like him. I drove almost 100 km round trip unnecessarily, wasted a lot of time, and received no help. Who will reimburse me for gas? Now I have to wait another six months to see another ophthalmologist? It's irresponsible for the clinic to hire such a doctor!

One of the few places providing medical services where I feel treated with respect. The culture and courtesy of the receptionists are worth their weight in gold. The doctors, too. It's probably the only medical facility in MG that approaches patients with such competence and empathy. I spent some time there observing how elderly patients are treated. Thank you for this attitude :)
