The pediatric clinic registration system is a nightmare. 55 minutes on the line, the last minute of the call, you're first in the queue. The system cuts off the call. The next time you try to call, you're 14th in the queue. Do you really think people have nothing better to do than sit by the phone when they can't get to the clinic at the moment? This isn't the first time I've experienced this. I suggest changing the system.

I would like to thank Dr. Webner for his tremendous dedication to my husband's diagnosis. Twelve years ago, he simply saved his life by carefully searching for "strange" symptoms of discomfort, which, upon further diagnosis, turned out to be a very serious cardiac lesion. Now, due to COVID-19, the situation has repeated itself, and Dr. Webner once again demonstrated tremendous dedication and quickly detected COVID pneumonia, allowing my husband to avoid oxygen therapy and a ventilator. Thank you again for this!
