The wonderful ladies at the collection point (room no. 9) are wonderful. I travel from another town specifically to the facility in Jawor. It's a very family-friendly and warm atmosphere!

Registering or calling is a disaster. For 20 minutes I've been told I'm first in line, no one has been answering the queue since 6 a.m. to register, and the answer for a year from CDT MEDICUS is that they are working on better customer service.

I received a referral for a blood test under the National Health Fund (NFZ) and wanted to have one done privately. I waited my turn downstairs and was immediately treated rudely upon entering. The nurse saw my fear, as I'm very afraid of having my blood drawn, but she was unimpressed. I gave her the referral and the receipt for the paid test. She immediately shouted that she wouldn't do it under the National Health Fund (NFZ) and, unfortunately, yelled at the second nurse. Fortunately, the second nurse, who had always taken my blood at another clinic, took care of me and drew my blood for a private test. I was surprised when the first nurse changed her attitude when she saw the bill for the Alex 2 test, which cost almost 1,500 złoty. Suddenly, she was very kind and explained what the test involved and how long I would have to wait for the results. If the second nurse hadn't been there, I probably would have run away from the place for fear of being hurt. I cried in the chair from fear and stress, and after leaving the office, because no one had ever treated me like that. I understand that being a nurse isn't easy, but I always approach others with a smile and a kind attitude, but unfortunately, this woman showed no understanding or empathy.
