I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic. The entire staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and always friendly, from the front desk to the doctors. Special thanks go to Dr. Iwona Bakalarz, an excellent pediatrician. She has a wonderful way with children, is incredibly knowledgeable, and explains everything thoroughly, leaving parents feeling calm and cared for. The visit is always pleasant. I hope there are more doctors and places like this!

Is it normal practice for Dr. Sidoruk to ask his patients to strip naked (bra and panties) during routine checkups under the guise of a breast and groin examination? This is a procedure that qualifies as a gynecological examination. This matter should be publicized and reported; it's a tragedy. This is a recurring practice with this doctor, and more and more women have experienced it.

Waiting times are a disaster; despite an hourly appointment, the wait can be as long as three hours. Why? Because there's no organization. Newborn vaccinations, etc., should be scheduled on a specific day so they don't have contact with sick children, and sick children don't have to wait another hour for their turn and infect each other even more.

While I'm very happy with my family doctor, the wait time for someone at the front desk to answer the phone and schedule an appointment is almost impossible. Online appointments are available in 4-5 days... it's simply impossible to get through. I'm first in line, and I'm waiting and waiting. It's a nightmare.
